        Steve Eng tried to charge $300 an hour to provide a quote on a property. And chargedThen filed a lien when we questioned it. We will NEVER try to inquire of his services again.

        I would not recommend this engineering service. I paid thousands of dollars and still had to hire another engineer to complete the project. He gave me misinformation about the permit process which cost me additional money. Im extremely sorry I chose him.
