Terrible customer service, the doctor is a rude old man who will yell at you if you try to talk to him about a problem that you had. I took my dog here to be neutered and have his dew claws removed when I called on the phone I was quoted $550 for the neuter at the time I did not ask about his dew calls being removed. Then I was supposed to have an appointment on Saturday the doctor slept in and I was not able to get his bandages changed. When I finally got to the clinic to get him neutered I asked if I could add his two calls being removed and they said yes when I asked what the total price was they said $750. whenever he was done with surgery and I picked him up they then told me the total price is now $1,400. I was extremely upset about this but paid and left so I didn't explode on them. when I came back a few days later to get his bandages fixed I tried talking to them about the price differences and communication but before I got a chance to finish the owner/doctor yelled at me saying that he told me that it was $550 for the neuter and $750 for the dew claw removal and to go somewhere else if I didn't like the prices and kicked me out. For one I did not even talk to him about the prices the only person I talked to the prices about was his receptionist and she was the one who told me that it was going to be a total of $750. Another thing was when I was trying to talk to him about the prices I was very respectful and I did not raise my voice or give any sarcasm. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. this guy is supposed to be a professional and is yelling at clients for no reason. When I tried talking to him I was very respectful did not raise my voice at all and did not give any sarcasm until he told me to get out. after that, we had a verbal argument and I was not even able to tell him why I was originally upset because he was being an unreasonable senile old man. if you like being lied to and yelled at take your animal here if not it is worth the extra money to have someone who gives you proper dates and times when you're supposed to be there doesn't sleep in and will respect you.

They are absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend taking your fur baby there.
