Samantha Long Wellness

Samantha is great! Worked with me on time, date and location of sessions during this pandemic. She is understanding and flexible about sessions that best fit my schedule. If I cannot make one session, we discuss when the next best time is for the both of us. She helps me calm down, reminds me of my goals and checks in on me about how the goals are going. Knows when to have more serious talks and is mindful of how I feel about the topics - which I greatly appreciate. Some topics can be more difficult for me to talk about and some are light and breezy to share a laugh with. I am thankful for her services and would suggest her to all who need that extra push to get things done and moving forward!

Samantha is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness. She goes above and beyond to assist me with any questions or challenges I have during my health and fitness journey.
