        Since I have to be on hold with GCI for several hours, I better go ahead and simply give a bad review to all of their locations. I'm just on a continual hold message and have been for well over an hour after telling someone that I wanted to cancel my plan. They're stealing money and quite a lot of time from me and honestly, if you have to get out of a plan with GCI, legal action is your only option. I'm not even on a contract, this is a month-to-month plan!
