        Over the last two years I've had Alaska Tax Lady as my tax preparer, and every year the IRS has reached out to be after the fact to adjust my taxes owed by thousands of dollars. This year I was fed up with waiting weeks for a response from Kenzie Edinger. Update ** You had to wait 6 days for your drop off taxes because you kept bringing in documents, our cameras are evidence of that. ** Ive only dealt with you folks via email and phone calls and have made sure youve had all of my documents. You are worse than a fast food tax company.. youre run by incompetent people. Put down the pipe before you respond.

      Based on your large amount of one star reviews this review from you was bound to occur. We can't help if the IRS makes changes to your taxes based on you not providing correct information. You knew the situation and what could happen and the IRS thoroughly explained that to you as well. You had to wait 6 days for your drop off taxes because you kept bringing in documents, our cameras are evidence of that. This was during our peak time of the season. We are very honest about not being a "fast food" tax firm and requiring ALL documents before we will even begin a return. It's unfortunate you felt that your wait was excessive. To trash a business that wasn't fast enough for you when no promise of quickness was made is a horrible thing to do to a company, especially one that at any time employs 8-10 hard working women and mothers. You could have simply gone somewhere else, the situation did not warrant you trying to destroy an innocent young woman's reputation or that of an entire company.
