Super friendly staff... Buy 6 pair of footwear get a pair free... They tally the average cost of the six pair you $$ pay for... And that's what you get off your shoes on the 7th .. it never expires... They keep track on the computer... I purchased all my xtra tuffs here!!!

Was in your store today 12/26 around noon and I must say I'm rather satisfied with my purchase! :) I'm the one that was the rather choosy customer, lol. Definitely a good buy, thank you for your selection, patience and time. :)

Love these folks!! Family owned, best customer service!! In the busiest time right before Christmas I found the perfect gift for my wife!! Problem, her size was sold out. Troy found it and got it delivered in the store the next day. Knowing my wife was coming to the mall the next day and I was working I asked if she could pick it up. But could they double bag it so she doesnt know what it is!!! This is what we received: Super kind for them to wrap it after hours and at home. Thats the kinda stuff that earns a customer for life!!!

I have a bum neck which makes it difficult to find the right shoes. Jerry at the Alaska Walking Store was incredibly kind. He patiently pulled about 15 different pairs for me to try until I found ones that offered the best support and least neck pain. Jerry is knowledgeable, extremely nice, and truly went above and beyond to help me. Thank you very much, Jerry! And kudos to the hiring manager for finding such a rockstar employee.
