        You put customers in a tough position when all employees regularly sit back and watch the new hire who doesnt speak any English struggle. Its like hey sink or swim & as for the customer they are on their own in that regard too. Its not fair to the girl who doesnt speak English OR the customer. why hire an employee just to not train them and watch them struggle?
