Although they are helpful with finding jobs, their communication and failure to inform employees/people about some processes are not very satisfactory. I had sent in some paperwork that was due 2 days before. I received a reply stating it was sent to their finance department and since then, I have been ignored despite sending in emails and leaving voicemails. On the day of the due date, I called and they answered and then I was told that I had to go into the office myself and have it done. I am highly disappointed by their lack of communication and not being informative about the process.

Job recruiter refused to help find work . Said he wouldn't risk his name for me to work ! Lol ! Trash place and trash people . Kevin fisher is a joke . Who doesnt need to be working for opti and not allowing people to work.
