Richard and Heather made the process of our home buying seamless and stress free. The value added from Richards experience and local connections was tremendous if you are looking to make any modifications/upgrades to your new home like we did. They also took the time to really get to know us and get a feel for what we were looking for, which reduced the number of houses that we needed to visit; making it possible to house hunt with our child. Once we found our home he worked around our schedule; coordinating with lenders, inspection, and the appraisal. Heather was an absolute pleasure to work with, she is patient, understanding, and has an answer for every question. If I could give Heather Decker more stars, I would in a heartbeat. This is the fourth transaction I have processed with her in under ten years and each time is better than the last. Between three purchases and a sale, I can solidly say that she is a top-notch expert who is second to none.
