Melissa and her team went above and beyond to get my house sold. I had a "problem" home that had many hurdles to get over in order to sell it. Melissa didn't even flinch at the issues, instead she got to work. She took care of everything and the house sold in a less than two months! She was right there for me during a complicated close and helped me more than I can even say. I am so grateful for all the hard work she did. While shopping for a new home this past summer, my wife & I went to an open-house held by Melissa Harmel. We didnt have our own realtor yet but liked the house & wanted to make an offer on the spot. Although Melissa was the listing agent, we were reassured by her willingness to disclose known problems with the property, and despite potential conflicts of interest decided to have her represent us in the transaction. Melissas familiarity with the property, the sellers & her realty expertise in general helped move the transaction along.
