        I have lived in a rental unit managed by Suburban Realty since August of 2013 to now (leaving July 10th). During the entire time I have lived there I had a great experience and have recommended the land lord to lots of my friends. He does a great job on addressing issues in a timely manor. He is also very reasonable and provides fair prices for rent. I would 100% recommend Suburban Realty.

        Be very careful dealing with landlord. Don't expect to receive your deposit back. I'd give zero stars but that's not an option.

        If this person takes a deposit from you, his goal will be to justify not returning it to you. A landlord (property manager) who makes his living skimming deposits
