I normally do not do surveys but dealing with Kathy Fernandez and her team has been so outstanding I feel compelled to make an exception. From the first day I contacted her with a vague description of what I was looking for she provided me with many propertys to view, not knowing just what I wanted she picked my mind and found me what I did want. She worked with me to resolve all issues through the closing and beyond. I couldnt recommend Katy and her team more highly!

"I saw you visited our website the other day. I meant to ask, are you an investor? Or are you looking for a primary residence? If you'd rather not communicate by text message, reply with 'unsubscribe'" "I was about to set up some alerts that will notify you when a new property hits the market. Are there specific areas and price ranges you're interested in?" If I visited a website I did not put in my info. I did however use my phone to call a customer from my work who left the wrong number. I ended up on some random realtor connection phone and now I get these messages. You use bad business practices especially since I am on the national do not call list.
