John Collinge is an excellent Real Estate Agent. We could not have found our property and navigated the purchasing process without his expert guidance. We were looking for a very particular type of property---one not so easy to find. So it took a lot of patience and tenacity on the part of John to make this dream a reality for us. John hiked the woods, swamps, and backroads with us to identify the 20 acre parcel we eventually bought. Working with John was extremely rewarding and fun. We always felt like we had a partner in the process, but also someone who truly "had our backs" and best interests in mind throughout. As a first time home buyer, I cant even begin to explain how incredibly knowledgeable and helpful John and his son, Jeremy, were for us during the entire process. From quick responses at all hours of the day, to great recommendations after closing for repairs, John came through time and time again. Our journey to owning a home was a long one and filled with many ups and downs (a crazy sellers market), but they stuck with us and were dedicated to finding us a home that checked all our boxes.

Working with John and Jeremy Collinge as a first time home buyer was a stress free and enjoyable experience. They both are personable and caring individuals that I would recommend to anyone that are looking to sell or buy. I always felt they had my sister's and I's best interest in mind. They listened and always communicated with us thru our buying process, making sure to answer any questions we had. At the end of it all I am very grateful to have had John and Jeremy as our relators. I couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Ok where to start. First things first from day one even before getting pre-approval John was incredibly helpful in guiding my boyfriend and me in the right direction and extremely thorough in what to expect during purchasing of a first house. He has a wealth of knowledge in his profession. We had some bumps on the sellers end of the first house we were in the process of buying. Not only did John help us through such an incredibly difficult and unusual situation, he was incredibly optimistic when I was not feeling as optimistic myself. We went right back to the start and he was determined to get us the house we were needing and wanting. The house we ended up purchasing met all of our marks. A good neighborhood, a good backyard for our dogs, and an incredibly fast process. This guy is enthusiastic, determined, knowledgeable, and optimistic. If you are looking for a realtor there is nobody else better to do the job! Thanks John!
