Dr. Richard Fullers report contained inaccurate & false information about myself. I feel as if he wasnt truly listening to me. Everyone else who I worked with was very nice

Report read like a gossip column as opposed to a professional report. I would highly recommend finding a more professional practice who focuses their reports on their testing and not on unfounded gossip.

They did an extremely thorough report and evaluation that will help with my treatment. The results were written so that any non-medical person could easily understand it. I've had previous evaluations completed and this was by far the most intensive and these diagnosises will tremendously help go a long way. I didn't agree with everything in the report regarding certain validations, however, it was completely unbiased.
