If I could put zero stars I would. My child had an appointment, we went early door was locked we stayed a whole hour , called 14 times no answer, when I did talk to someone they were confused as why this happened and said they would call me back they never did, I called every day for a week, went in person door was locked. I sent a message online and all I got back was our phones were down They have yet to get back to me. Beyond frustrated as my child missed school for nothing, took time off work for nothing, nothing yet to be explained. Keep in mind I called the week before the appointment making sure the appointment was still good and was told it was. Now Im leaving this review to warn others. Ill change it if something actually turns around.

Outstanding care! We were scheduled a few weeks after making appointment. The doctor was wonderful and my Insurance was billed on time. I received a statement from the Insurance company which states exactly what we owed so not a bad experience. Thank you Dr. mailloux

We had a very awful experience with scheduling. After waiting months for our appointment, the office rescheduled us four times. Then they canceled our appointment because it wasnt prepaid. Ive never had to pay for any doctor appointment ahead of time. So strange. We are going to find another provider.

My son was seen in April 2020. We did not receive any kind of billing statement afterward, so I assumed that his insurances had picked up the whole amount. Fast forward to September 2022, and I get a notice in the mail that stated I owe nearly $6,000! The notice also stated that only one insurance company was billed, which made no sense to me because my son had 2 insurances at the time. I immediately called the clinic and spoke with a lady (who honestly seemed like she had no idea she even had a job, let alone knew how to do her job) who said, after leaving me on hold for 10 minutes, "I will find out what's going on and call you right back." Fast forward ANOTHER MONTH, and I still have not heard ANYTHING back from them, besides getting another statement with "final notice" handwritten in red marker. I have left them 10 voicemails without even a courtesy call back telling me they heard the voicemails. I feel that I may have to get an attorney involved in this matter to make anything happen! If I could give zero stars, I would. This clinic is run by a scam artist with medical credentials who preys on desperate parents!!

They have yet to get back to me. Beyond frustrated as my child missed school for nothing, took time off work for nothing, nothing yet to be explained.
Keep in mind I called the week before the appointment making sure the appointment was still good and was told it was.
Now Im leaving this review to warn others. Ill change it if something actually turns around.
