As someone who has worked in healthcare personally throughout the pandemic. Ive never perceived healthcare to be as condescending and yet selectively impersonal as it was with the outpatient care I received here after waiting 6 months for an appointment and two months for unarticulated unspecified diagnoses. Two of which I articulated at the very first appointment. The administrative staff is assistive though. Good on ya Im getting out patient psychiatric care some where else. Ive waited before, and Ill try to wait again.

I am forever thankful to have spent about 5 years from the ages of 15 - 20 being treated by Rebekah & Keri. They both helped me in a million ways and made a major positive impact on my life. They both truly care for their patients and Ive never felt more welcome anywhere else. Rebekah helped me to find the right medications while also giving me helpful information on coping mechanisms, staying healthy, and navigating life. Keri talked me through some of my worst life experiences and they both are huge influences for the reasons I am still here today. Appointments were easily scheduled especially when needed last minute. The most helpful factor with Willow is that the therapists and psychiatrists communicate with each other to better develop treatment plans. That can be incredibly difficult to find in other places. If I didnt move out of state I would most likely still be going to Willow! One of my saddest days was the day I had to finally close my file with them. I couldnt recommend any place better than Willow!

I don’t recommend for new patients. My dr referred me here. This was my first attempt at trying to get help for my mental health since I was kid, and this experience has put me off from trying to obtain it again. It’s was very difficult to get ahold them in the first place. I made many calls with no answer. The first time I got through, the person who answered the phone told me they were full and referred me another clinic. The clinic they referred me to I wasn’t even eligible for. When I called back, a different person answered. They had me schedule an intake appointment, which was very difficult for me. I understand the point of this, but it opened up wounds and brought up thoughts and feeling that I have repressed for a long time. They told me they would call back after 2 weeks, but they did not call back. I ended up calling and they told me the first dr couldn’t take me, but they would see if they next dr could, and I would hear back in a week. I never heard back. I am just so discouraged after this interaction. I’m left feeling even worse than before, and still can’t find help. This was not written to discourage anyone from seeking help. I just don’t want anyone to go through the same experience I did here.
