We are a large Facility maintenance and construction company, that does work in the Anchorage market. Victor and the Crew at Pivot have been doing jobs for us in this area for several years. They have always been willing to jump right in no matter the size of the job. I really appreciate there go get it attitude, reasonable job cost, and quality of work. I have used them from full store remodels to changing a door knob. If you need someone in the area they are always a good fit.

This company has missed multiple appts THEY scheduled. I have missed multiple days of work, and hundreds of dollars. This company also works with Real Property Management, which is a match made it heaven. These two mickey mouse operations have not only cost me hundreds, but now these two together are attempting to steal $100 from me because I "missed an app" when the truth is, a new property manager just took over, and in using old info, and in their incompetence are passing those charges on to me. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
