        Had a hard time getting Callie to understand I wanted to speak to a pharmacist. After 2 phone calls, I finally got through to be put on hold before I could even respond. Gave up after it was obvious no one was getting back on my line. Weird background noise/music playing faintly in the background. Not your usual hold music.
