Edit - called to speak with manager to just make sure that the front desk was not mis speaking and was basically told I was a liar and the front desk person never said my son couldn't be seen. My pediatricians office has heard many issues similar to mine. Know your rights it is illegal to not make accommodations for disabilities. Been taking my son here for 3 years, but they are refusing to see him because I asked that we not dilate his eyes every time and maybe do it every other year. My son has autism and it stresses him out to have eyes dilated. His eye glasses prescription has not changed in 3 years, he has astigmatism and nearsighted. Now I am forced to find another doctor because they refuse to see him because I declined eye dilation. Recommend finding a doctor that is accommodating to special needs.
