My 2019 taxes were prepared by Alaska Billing Services Inc. Last year was a bit crazy for me and to be honest, I was not as organized as I wanted or needed to be. I had a lot of paperwork, receipts, and forms that needed to be looked over. They did great... He sent me a preparation list, explained his process and worked with me as things came up. He was extremely helpful & informative. Well worth it.. GREAT JOB!

This agency is the worst to work with. I created an auto payment for my medical bill, a few months later I called to pay the entire remaining balance off. They did not cancel the auto payment, so they continued to charge me the next month, even tho my bill was completely paid. I had to call multiple times to get my money back and fix the issue. The next month after the issue i thought was resolved, they send me a statement and say my overpayment now magically became me owing them more money. Again this is taking me multiple phone calls and minimal follow through or response from this agency. They have still not fixed the issue or returned my calls. This is a crooked agency who would take advantage of people who are not closely monitoring their finances.

First time with compatible business solution. I must say they are very professional an knowledgeable of all current tax laws . They were able to make me understand what my business needs to be a profitable business. I will definitely recommend them to my business associates an friends an family.
