I'm sorry you feel we weren't available or responsive, but let's set the record straight. Your first call was on Feb 19 (8 business days from the day you wrote this review). We do not employ a receptionist because we have a robust phone system with voicemail and test messaging. You did not leave a voice message until your 5th call on Feb 27 at 3:18 pm (today is Feb 29). While it is our goal to return voice messages by the end of the next business day (yesterday), we all found ourselves extremely busy pulling us away from staying on track. So let's be fair in our reviews. If you don't leave a voice message for a business to return your call, said business can't help you. We would have called you this morning but perhaps another agency might be a better fit. Your expectation simply isn't equivalent to ours and that's okay but certainly doesn't warrant a review in this nature. We wish you well in your endeavors. Have a nice day.
