The housekeepers were doing their jobs very well. The room was prepped nicely. All the staff were professional and respectful. The 4 star rating is due to the amount of public disturbances that occurred that were outside of the staff's control. They handled the incidents well. But I could have done without seeing the police posted up outside my window on my trip.
Rooms: Great housekeepers. Be sure to tip them well.

Overall, I had a nice stay, but my bathroom could have been cleaner. It had a jacuzzi but looked too gross to use.
Everyone was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great.
In a very convenient location for my trip.

I have stayed here twice, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Convenient to the airport and they offer free airport shuttle service.

Didnt even make it to the hotel as they refused to honour my booking at 1am despite calling prior to confirm our nighttime arrival. Ended up having to call around to find alternative hotel.
Staff on desk were rude, abrasive and unhelpful despite this being complete ignorance on their part.
This hotel is a joke and shoddy.
Upon overhearing my conversation in the airport with them, a local nearby asked was that the puffin inn? Theyre known to be dreadful. He knew purely by the lack of service and disgraceful attitude that it was the puffin inn I was speaking to.
Avoid like the plague.
