Visiting Angels

This GM his main supervisor and his staff are thieves and they are failing to provide services that are contracted for but still accepting payment. This is the condition of the bathroom for months even though they go there three or four times a week and are supposedly cleaning. The resident had not had a change of clothes or a shower in over three weeks. The GM refuses to acknowledge or correct these lapses which create a critical health hazard for a human being. Blood on toilet where the resident sits when he actually makes it to the bathroom is a danger to his open wounds and potential pressure sores from prolonged sitting. Showers mitigate those health hazards but not when the shower has not been cleaned for six months.

I've turned to Visiting Angels for three clients now over the past four years. I have found them to be extremely responsive to each individual client's needs, tailoring the experience to what the client needed at different stages of life. The caregivers they have sent have been compassionate, understanding, and willing to work through situations to better help the people in their care. The caregivers have a high level of professionalism. The office staff is very willing to work with you to make sure that each client/caregiver match is a good fit. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing extra help for a loved one.
