Front desk/medical assistant was very kind and welcoming. My provider, Katy Camp, was very patient and wonderful. My radiologist was also great. Thankful for a good experience here

This company has 1 job. That job is to schedule appointments for veterans going through the benefits claims process. And they suck at it. Even after speaking to a supervisor and thoroughly explaining that I am not available for appointments before 3pm Monday-Saturday, they still just schedule appointments whenever they want. And then act like it's my fault I missed an appointment that they knew I couldn't go to. It's a good thing they have this government contract, for now. Because nobody that works here is smart enough to have a real job. 0 stars, would not recommend. Unless you are recommending it to your enemies.
