Fred Meyer

Not that any Fred Meyer locations in Anchorage are good, but this one has to be the worst. There is almost no rhyme or reason for how things are located in the store. I spent 20 minutes looking for Hostess snack cakes today. For some reason known only to the grocery aisle gods, Hostess and Little Debbie snack cakes are on the "natural groceries" aisle. With that kind of logic, I expect to find the bacon on the vegan aisle! I really like Kroger stores, but here in Alaska, Fred Meyer is just about the last place I want to shop! Then there is the utter frustration of trying to find things in the app! I CAN'T CHANGE THE STORE LOCATION! Even when I was INSIDE the Northern Lights store, the app insisted that I was on Debarr. I couldn't find any way of changing the store so that I could have the app tell me where to find my items. I spent a frustrating 2 hours in a store when it should have taken me only 20 minutes. WHEN WILL ALDI COME TO ANCHORAGE?

They say they open at 6am yet they rarely open the doors till we'll after 6am. Folks on their way to work rely on u to open at 6am as u advertise.

Linaya, or however you spell her name, the girl with dyed hair and glasses sucks at customer service. She worked today. I can tell she definitely hates her job. I treated her good but she treated me badly and doesnt care that others are able to tell she hates her job

Everything and anything you need will be at Fred's. A great place to shop in and out really fast. And I help remodel it thirty five years ago
