Avoid at all costs. Dealing with Juan was difficult and time consuming. His communication was unprofessional and I will never use this business because of how he deals with customers. We had a flood in a rental that we own and after agreeing to use his company I asked when the work would be completed, his response its done when its done, we have so many other jobs right now. Insurance covered his charges which amounted to over $11,000 for just mitigation work (they are beyond overpriced - you should see all the small charges they write on the bill). Luckily, insurance payed them but until they were issued a check I was regularly harassed by phone and email. I asked him to be patient but he was not and threatened to charge me additional money. The insurance company took care of everything and paid everything he asked for but dealing with tailored restorations from start to finish was just a nightmare. If I could do it again, I would have went with TCM, better quality work, better reviews and much more reasonable.
