    Count your money on the counter so cameras can see The new cashier at 630 am 4/09/24 tried to take our change. Our order came to 4.04 I gave the cashier 5 ones He kept waiting to give us our change and then throws a dime in register then puts the ones in one pile in register and says thank you. I asked the manager to look at camera as he says I only gave him 4 ones when I gave him five. She says she couldn't count how many I gave him. She did give us our change. Now here's the issue I have: Why was he in a hurry to throw the ones into the pile when I disputed the no change? That would be on the video. If he's skimming I'm sure he will make the till short what the manager gave us back. Thing is will be remember he threw in the dime? Those were well worn ones not easy to miscount so that seems intentional in itself. If he didn't count correctly but throwing the ones immediately into the pile when I said something shows intent to skim. If he did miscount he needs to be taught to count better as this is serious affair mishandling money is serious. We been going to this store for years every morning never had an issue with any cashier until today. Corporate if your reading this please watch the video and see how he throws the ones into the pile right away instead of counting it out to disprove me or prove me right. Maybe get a magnifying glass to see me count the ones before I gave it to him to see I did give him five ones. Watch this kids videos I bet he doesn't fan out the change so the cameras can see what change he's giving either. Skimmers do this. I worked in cashinos I know what these skimmers do to try to trick cameras. There is a lot of very hard workers blue collar who shop there they know exactly where their money is going and how much to expect back he will not have an easy time skimming there. Lesson learned for me to either count it one single at a time or fan it out for camera to see. We will never go back to this store again. So please anyone who goes to this or any store fan out your ones or count it individually for camera as this cashier seems to be a skimmer. I do suggest everyone wear a body cam. I have one but wasn't wearing it. Another lesson learned.

    I'm not real fond of their coffee but when you don't have a choice in the middle of the night it'll do. But the last couple times they've been here I get a smile, clean station, always a clean restroom and nice people. I'm giving it 4 Starz not 5 cuz I really wish they would do something about the coffee. It could be better.

    Bre needs to be fired. Her behavior today should embarrass your company. That's your morning supervisor, from her disrespectful behavior to her absolute incompetence on things you can and can't ask customers. Like it's hard to violate hippa laws as a gas station attendant but she managed. I will be contacting her supervisor Cheryl to try to resolve this, but I will be also reaching g out to the regional office. You should be embarrassed with that employee, she is the single worst customer service experience I've had in a long time.
