Such a great environment to work out in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Chris is awesome always brings the good energy and great vibes. Very comfortable place to work out and reach your fitness goals. 10/10 recommend for someone who wants to avoid huge commercial gyms that are always packed.

Very welcoming atmosphere and courtesy & knowledgeable staff. I am utilizing a personal trainer (Chris) once a week, but he keeps me motivated to wanna work out 4 other days. At $38 a month, this is my cheapest addiction!

Next month on the 11 I will complete my 1 whole year here with BR fitness and I got nothing but positive vibez in this place love the environment and the people around me are so friendly..I was starting training with Chris for a months then from there to today I love it I love to see myself more in the mirror I enjoy my process while working for my goal
