        We paid in advance and then came down with Covid and they would not refund even part of our payment. I suspect that they quickly filled out spots on the flight, but who know--they keep this information to themselves. But in any case, they chose not to let us on the flight, and yet did not refund anything. So Caveat Emptor with these guys...

        The booking was easy and the people were helpful and responsive. Our trip to Katmai was cancelled because of weather but we didn't find out until they called an hour before we were scheduled to depart. I think in these cases, they should have let us cancel the night before or even the week of (they notified us of possible poor weather the night before) Because of their strict cancellation policy, and them not notifying us until 7am the morning of our 8:30 departure, we were left scrambling to make new plans for the day.
