Northrim Bank

There are reasons Northrim is such a customer favorite. Every time I have interacted with the representatives of this bank, in any branch, I have encountered well-trained professionals who care about the customers.

Very helpful employee, the tall ,African American Mr Williams helped me set up my online account, and made sure I was set before I leave overseas, but overall was a good experience on this location, thank you northrim

I'm excited to continue and bank with Northrim, however I've had a disappointing experience at the C street branch. I started my new business & personal checking & savings account at the Wasilla branch and had a great experience. However, the customer service at the C street could have been better. I got my online account activated but upon inputting my username that they wrote down, it was wrong and they want me to input a security code that would be sent to my phone number. Well, the phone number they had for me was completely wrong so I have no way to review my account information. Also, I asked for business checks. They printed me personal checks so now I can't switch my Credit Card Processor to point to that account. I have Credit Cards I need to process and now I need to wait longer. I'm still content being at Northrim, but I recommend the online banking integration team and bank tellers learn to pay better attention to their customer's requests & information.

This location is a joke. Im a 25 year customer.. Poor customer service everytime I come in to do business. One teller operating the bank. Always have to go to another branch. The leadership at this branch is incompetent and should be replaced.
