Not open 24/7. Closed with cones in front of drive-thru at midnight

We came through drive through. This was our oder:
1 triple cheese extra pickle
2 double cheese extra pickle
2 regular cheese no pickle
And 3 drinks.
When we got to the window we got handed a large soda and a small bag and then she shut the window without even saying anything to us. I then knocked on the window and explained to her this was not our order. When looked at her screen and said pull to reserved spot 1 we are still making your order. And thrn she shut the window beofre I could respond. To our surprise someone was already in reserve spot 1. We got our food and thr guys nicely asked if wr already got our drinks. We said bo and he kindly apologized and went back to get them for us. Thr customer service of the lady in the 2nd window is gross and needs a lot of work. Everyone else we deal with wad nice and they made it 2 stars and not 1. Someone should make this a teaching / learning opportunity and teach this lady how to interact with customers properly.
