        I don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel like Jim and the rest of his company went out of their way to deserve this one. I am embarrassed that the Muni still awards contracts with such low standards. These guys will cut every corner they can get away with and do the bare minimum necessary to complete a job; they don't care about the details at all. I wouldn't trust them to dump a bucket of dirt correctly.
