Worked w Ginny McHale to plan and execute the Quintillion Holiday Party at the Boulders Resort in Carefree, AZ. This was complicated and included travel, car services, lodging, events for 3 night, on and off resort dinners and customized fun adventure activities for our team and significant others .. 25+ individuals. Their work was flawless and the results astounding, lifting all burdens from us to allow our team and Q family to relax, enjoy and be well taken care off in every aspect of this weekend. Martha and Sarah, anticipated any issues or problems, planned and eliminated them in advance and simply provided a wonderful Holiday Retreat experience for all of us … after a long and hard year in many ways … to collectively support our successes this year & to inspire us all to reach for more in 2022 and beyond! Highly recommend this capable, smart and diligent team for any such activity and we will look forward to the next event they handle for us! Over the last 10 or so years I have hired Toast of the Town many times to produce my company's quarterly conferences and our annual gala, and they are always wonderful to work with. Professional, creative and always a super fun and high energy team.
