They might look at your information, but you get no communication. As a job seeker, this is unacceptable to me. I finally talked with a recruiter in Anchorage, and was left hanging. I have great experience, so what is the issue? Do they really have the jobs they post?

I've had enough bad experiences with staffing agencies to be very reluctant to engage their services. AKHIRE, however, has really saved the day for my company this year. We had to fill three temp positions basically overnight, and Phil at AKHIRE sprang into action. Unlike another staffing agency I engaged at the same time, Phil really listened when I told him what kind of candidates we were looking for. And he found multiple candidates who fit the bill perfectly. One of them fit in so well that she was offered a permanent position with us. I've gotten the impression that Phil really carefully screens candidates before sending them our way. Meanwhile, the other agency hasn't sent us any candidates we were interested in. I highly recommend AKHIRE.
