Truly remarkably unhelpful staff. Mid selection. Most things can be found at Joanns which has much kinder and more knowledgeable people. Frankly avoid this place and if you have to order online.

Absolutely vile customer service. Ive been into this location at least 3 times a week for the last few weeks spending hundreds of dollars, while I work on a big project. Every time Ive been in the employees have been extremely condescending and sometimes outright rude. If you are even remotely new to leatherwork or a woman I would not recommend shopping here because the employees will treat you like youre stupid. I try to shop local as much as possible but unfortunately I will be ordering online going forward. Edit: its also worth noting that just about everything thats been recommended to me by the employees has been the incorrect tool, hardware, size etc

Floor associate with super helpful. Great selection available today. The front desk cashier was getting more and more cranky as i put things to buy on the counter. Weird I thought they liked it when you spent money.
