Rich and the gang are professional and knowledgeable about many of the printing processes. They have been a great resource for our print shop. Its super helpful to have an in town supplier within stock materials. Thank you for your hard work, guys!

If you're a business owner in need of supplies or support for your custom advertising business you need Regional Supply! Sure the products are name brand and reliable but the best part is the customer service! These folks will not let you down. From employee knowledge to customer service, Rich and Rebecca know what their talking about; you won't be disappointed! Rich and Rebecca went above and beyond to get our direct-to-garment machine delivered on our time frame. Rich's knowledge has helped to increase our company success. Rich has gone above and beyond helping us learn the Epson F2100, returning phone calls (multiple times a day,) and stopping by the shop to assist with fine details as we learned the ropes. Couple of years ago I started a sign business here in Anchorage. Without a doubt one of the best things that happened was connecting with Rich and his team at Regional. Rich is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the sign business and is generous with his time. He's shown me better ways to get jobs done, has invested time and energy educating me in many aspects of installation and has gone the extra mile time after time. Because of this, Rich and Regional has a loyal customer for life. I feel like I owe a good part of my company's success to this relationship and highly value the materials and advice I get on a regular basis...

I've only worked with the team at the Anchorage location. If this is how all Regional teams work, then your business will be around for a very long time! Rich and Rebecca regularly go above and beyond. Not for just their favorite customers but for EVERY customer. I've seen it many times while at the shop picking up material. Rich has a deep knowledge of the signage industry and isn't afraid to share that knowledge. "Rich at Regional" has become our go-to for sourcing materials and knowledge. Rebecca does an amazing job and has always been fun and is also willing to go the extra mile. She always follows up with us to make sure our questions get answered and sometimes we ask some weird ones! We regularly recommend and will always use Regional Supply first.
