In 2020 we had our kitchen and upstairs flooring renovated by Jerry and his crew. It looks amazing, at first. Within a few months the floors cracked, the steps move when walked on, the pantry is separating from the ceiling. When I asked about fixing the flooring I was told the materials are no longer available, however I found them within two phone calls. When I informed Jerry of this he said great job, but never showed up to fix the broken flooring. It broke because of bad installation. He has not returned messages in over a year.

Jerry came to bid a job for me and took almost 2 weeks before he told me he couldnt help us. He failed to provide a bid and wasted a lot of our time. I would look elsewhere if you want a professional contractor who follows through.
