Run as fast as you can away from this organization. The only positive reviews are written by employees!! Their service is a dinasour. Outdated service plan and an Administrative Manager who lives in Germany...regardless of what Denali Tek claims that is where she is!!

unfortunately my company has a very bad experience with DenaliTek. every time we have an issue, they're slow to respond and often make the issue worse or cause a new issue in attempting to fix the first one. They just returned a computer to us that was supposed to be "fixed" yet it still doesn't work, and they didn't reinstall any of the basic programs- not even Outlook. we've spent SO MANY billable hours trying to fix things ourselves and reinstall the simple things we need just to get up and running. Most of the time we try to figure things out ourselves in order to avoid calling them for the "help" we're paying them for.

Worst place I ever worked. They give you suicide missions. One was to clean up PCs at a rv dealer. The dealership staff there wouldnt give me time with their PCs, and I was let go because I didnt open up each pc and blow it out with cans of air. I was seen as an inconvenience to the customer. I would not recommend this employer as they give zero feedback. Another person I knew was let go for questionable reasons. My career blossomed after this short but unfavorable experience.
