        Ordered a 16 oz 4 shot Americano, 3 sugar in the raw and 2 inches of cream. I ask for so much cream because I do not like HOY coffee. Barrista steamed my milk and didn't add ANY sugar. Before drinking asked the batista to clarify my order, as the cup was almost to hot to hold with the sleeve on. She said it was co.pany policy to steam the milk for an Americano. I explained, that no, that was a breve and could she remake my drink the.way I ordered it. She refused. I had already tipped her with my credit card. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the owner with no response back.
