      Sir. The total on your receipt came to $34.79, not $40. The reason the receipt read $34.79 instead of $32 as advertised and charged for the product was because you left an 8% tip on your transaction. That is why your receipt read $2.79 higher than you expected. Our nice workers would have been happy to help you out in store if you simply let them know you have a personal issue.
