Technicians have been great at analyzing and resolving my problems. I had Circle replace my combo boiler about 3 years ago. It looked and seemed to work great and seemed a significant improvement from my old system. Within 2 years the circulation pump flaked out. The pump was replaced and they charged labor and parts but eventually refunded the price of the pump since it was within manufacturers warranty. It took a long time to get that refund. Now in 2024 less than 2 years after the first pump replacement the pump has failed again and since the replacement pump is not covered by warranty I had to pay the labor and parts. ($480) Circulation pumps should be much more durable. Older systems we had experience with never had a pump problem. Circle needs to find a more reliable pump to put in their systems. They only carry this pump apparently and it makes you think that the regular service it requires is a steady stream of work and revenue. Good people - flawed equipment selection.

Excellant workmanship done. New construction, had them install water lines in mechanical room to a water filter and install water softener.

Always dependable, on time and first class work, we have two locations which have been serviced by Circle P&B recently and if we need anything in the future we will rely on them to do the work.

I contacted Circle plumbing and heating to repair a zone valve that was bad on my boiler. I had previously used a company that rhymes with "PLEBS". I will not recommend plebs any more they charged me to come out and tell me the zone valve was broken. I was like no S&%T, I already new that. Ed with Circle plumbing and heating came out, he repaired and professionally handled the situation cheaper and faster than plebs. I would highly recommend Circle plumbing and heating, they will be my go to company in the future.

2024 scheduled appt to service boiler. Heat was completely out by appt day and anchorage was in -neg temps already. Tech did standard expansion tank and pressure relief valve replacement that Circle claims needs done every year. Charged me $450 and told me my pipes were frozen and that Circle couldn't help/ Tech handed me a phone number to pipe thawers on facebook! Pipes were not frozen. Basement was warmer than the house. I replaced Thermostat and relay myself and surprisingly everything works great! The noises the system was making in previous years are also silenced. I was told they were normal noises. It took me several days to learn this about system and fix myself. I froze my arse off, but it isn't rocket science. Im a little miffed that they took my $450 and left me inside the cold.
2023 Paid for relocation of toilet and washer dryer connections roughly 4 feet to the left. Technician did most of the work and charged me full price which was significantly higher than the estimate I'd received while promising to return to hook up drain when id finished drywall in space (?). The return to hook up the drain was an additional $800 plus... I was told there wouldn't be another charge. When i called Circle to ask about the charges when id already paid for the job... I'm still waiting on that answer.
To be truthful i was very happy with the plumbers work in 2023 just not the price or way it transpired. It was an otherwise 5 star effort.
The tech sent in 2024.. He needs to learn that there is more to environmental heating than pipes and water. 0 Stars
