They're worthless if you can't work on the Toyota Lexus transmission didn't work good are you there's a lot of Toyota's on the road but they refuse to work on them they should be in business if they can't do Toyota transitions

They didnt give me an estimate and wasted my day away looking at my vehicle. The guy working up front is about as useless as it comes when it comes to customer service. Didnt let me see how much parts costed or labor and I had to request what it was. They said they had no paperwork done when I got back. They had the whole day. Dont waste your time with this place. I hope the lower rating from 4.2 to 4.1 is reflected at how bad of an experience this was.

We took our truck to two other shops before trying Taylor's Transmission. The other shops were not able to fix the issue and we ended up paying a lot of money to them for nothing. Taylor's was able to to get us an appointment quickly and fixed the problem in one day! We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend to friends. Thanks to Oscar for explaining the issue so clearly. Very good customer service.
