        Extremely unresponsive. I had a car emergency and Jim said he could have one of his guys look at it on the weekend. When I called him on the weekend and left a voicemail, he didnt answer both times or ever called me back. He also didnt answer the following Monday when I tried again.

        We were stuck with a flat late on a Saturday evening and the mechanic we called, already an hour outside of anchorage headed to his weekend plans, turned around and came to us to fix the flat. Wonderful service, thank you!
