Julia Lavin and her team are great! Initially I was disappointed Meineke was replacing the Auto Care Center; however, Julia picked up where the Auto Care Center left off and then some. Julia and her team discovered where my coolant was leaking; after taking my vehicle to the Auto Care Center multiple times and being told nothing was wrong with it over and over again. Julia's communication and customer service are spectacular! Will definitely be asking Meineke on JBER to service my vehicles again and recommend them to my family and friends; as I know we would all be in great hands. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Tire change: Dropped off at 930 with an APPOINTMENT and returned at 230 and hadnt even started. Told me they had a lot of customers. Not satisfied with this costumer experience since I had scheduled an appointment and they should have planned accordingly. Have had several experiences like this at this location where they do not honor appointments in a timely way and kind of leave you hanging. Additionally I had to call 4 times before they even picked up the phone, then put me on hold, and then hung up on me. Have even had it not completed the same day before. Costco is probably the way to go with a better price and have heard they are much more timely with appointments. Update: on pickup 7 hours after my appointment after paying and walking out I walked around my car and found a missing lug nut. I asked them about it and they said it was missing before. Regardless, they didnt even mention it to me. As a car service place I expect more consideration to at least update me on something that important after servicing me vehicle. I am done going here Additional update: after asking around, I have been told its pretty uncommon to loose a lug nut and often depends on how you install it. This location were the last people to swap my tires 6 months ago. Not saying they installed it incorrectly but thought that was interesting
