        Right hand doesn't know what left hand is doing very poor customer service. No management apparent. Customer service has dropped a lot over the last two years. Very sad.

        was notified of a recall issuemade a couple appointmentsthey cancelled both but only after I had to go to their service location because they never answer the service line and never return callsnow they say they dont know what the fix is even though they warn the car could catch on fireliterally the worst customer service I have ever experienced
