Never experienced such horrible service as this one! Dropped off vehicle and shop did not obtain an estimate for about a month! Lies after lies from this shop when calling in to check up on vehicle status! Finally picked up vehicle and drove off not knowing that the spare tire underneath was let loose and dangling nearly touching the ground. If it weren't for other drivers on road honking and flagging me, this would have caused, perhaps, a horrible accident on the highway.

Great place to get your car checked out for body work and timely fixing even with part delays. Positive experiences so far with them!

Wouldn't recommend to anybody. Despite a 2 month delay post our initial scheduled drop off in August due to parts availability, our minor body work resulted in a lengthy 8m stay at their shop. You read that correctly, the car was in their hands an entire Alaska winter season. Their QA-QC process is non-existent, their text communication is frequent but constantly wrong, the management (Sean and Victoria) lack backbone, business integrity, and professionalism. Even their administrative staff was awful. I'd go into details but would need to write a novel for that. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else but their Oceanview shop if you're looking for respectable service. The only pleasant people who made things right for us was their regional manager Kalic and the staff at their Dowling location. Service: Body & Trim
