      image They had the part I needed yes it was marked up and it's prolly cheaper online but I needed it today. Friendly speedy service and some tips on installing. No refund on parts. I will use again if I'm short on time.

      image They told me a replacement part was coming but would take awhile for it to arrive. They enacted their 30 day no return policy and stole my machine. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE. Rip off!

      image They totally ripped me off for $30 for advance payment to repair my carpet cleaner. Then they kept it and I couldn't get it back! They won't even let you in the store!!
