Upon in was told the rate was 98$ plus the 15$ pet rent. I asked the receptionist to waive the pet fee. She said yes she could.which was great. Then the room was nasty. Saw bed bugs and a dead roach in the tub. Dirty syringe under the bed. Made no comments though as I knew I would get no refund and was tired. Bed's very hard and smells of piss.. Gross. Upon checkout the morning worker a black woman just so you can identify her, was loud obnoxious and rude upon seeing my dog. She said I didn't pay a pet fee, I said night shift waived it. She became irate, hostile and very unprofessional.went back and changed the cost of the room without permission and didn't even have the courage to tell me. Called back to communicate my displeasure and she was truly disgusting with how she spoke to me. Do not trust them with your credit card info. And he prepared to bring bed bugs home. Will call the police if they charge my card again. It's unlawful.
