        This is the worst ever every time I turn around they are working on the lines I either dont have water or no water pressure and it gets really annoying...

        Horrible horrible horrible... waited all day for them to come turn my water on. The lady then tells me they came out but nobody was home, which was a lie! I've been here all day and my cameras have no motion clips of anybody coming to my door. And even if no one was home, why wouldn't they call the number associated with the account????

        It’s absolutely ridiculous that when you pay on the due date you have to pay before a certain time or you get charged a late fee. Heaven forbid you have life going on. You should be able to pay anytime on the due date.
