Wetumpka Express Mail & Copy

I have utilized Wetumpka Express several times since moving to the area last year, and every time I am struck by how extremely friendly and helpful the two young men working there are. In a world where customer service is waning, this is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the great job!

This is the best shipping/packing store around the tri-county area (Montgomery Wetumpka Prattville) and I've been to lots of them. The owner is helpful, kind and honest. I drive all the way from Montgomery to use this store. I had a package that was damaged in Little Rock so UPS sent it back to the sender store. The owner refunded my money and it wasn't even his fault! I won't go anywhere else to send packages. If you want a local business that's honest and efficient, always use Wetumpka Express.

FANTASTIC experience!! I didnt catch the mans name, but from my receipt I believe its his name is Lee.. (I hope thats right) the man behind the counter was GREAT!! Such a nice person and very helpful. Overall 5+ stars. As a small business owner, I often need to ship items to clients-so knowing this place is close by, and comes with a painless experience, Ill definitely be back soon.
